ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·Needs to formulate, plan, develop and implement the firm’s fundraising/marketing strategy and develop and manage investor relationships
·Prepare client-specific sales strategy and marketing materials
·Report at regular intervals to the MD and establish relationships with institutional investors
·Highly commercial with proven ability to leverage professional contacts and institutional investments to set up several fundraising meetings per month
·Flexibility to meet changing needs and priorities
·Proven quantifiable track record in raising and closing successful funds
·Responsible for Business Generation – Key Corporates & Growth Sectors.
·Responsible for identifying & nurturing key corporate relationships (CRE Heads, CFO, Admin Head).
·To screen potential Transactions by analysing Transaction requirements, potential, and financials.
·Responsible to achieve targets through new business generation and expanding the business through referrals.
·Build partnerships with developers & Investors.
·Responsible for Annual business targets & generation of business for next financial year. To execute the Transaction -Option Sourcing, Client Presentations, Site Inspections, Negotiations & Legal Closure
·To ensure comprehensive market coverage whilst proposing suitable options to clients.
·Ensure implementation of SOP and compliance with processes.
·Responsible for customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms.
·Responsible for client relationship management.
·Monthly, Annual and any need based MIS that may be required for any Review.
- MBA/PGDM from a premier institute.
Years of Experience
·Hands on experience in Investment banking, Real Estate transactions, Real Estate Corporate Finance or Real Estate Investment within the private equity firm.
·Should have been on the Investment Banking/Investment Advisory Side with a leading IPC/Big 4 Firm/Boutique Investment Bank with a strong Real Estate practice.
Other Skills and Abilities
·The candidate should have good knowledge of transaction structures, Investment themes and regulatory scenario in the Real Estate industry.
·The candidate should have a verifiable and proven record of successfully closing M&A and/or Private Equity transactions in the Real Estate sector in the past.
·A strong relationship with the real estate developer community and Institutional High Net worth (HNI) Investors would be desirable.
