  • Research and report on the buying behaviour of customers, resellers and prospects to inform messaging, product and sales strategies.
  • Ability to develop digital and marketing communications strategies based on research and analytics
  • Collaborate with digital marketing to manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including email, social media, landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms via A/B testing and continuous measurement of performance
  • Understand the business and marketing requirements of existing and new clients and propose digital solutions, led by digital marketing, technology and analytics
  • Create effective digital strategies while closely working with the planning, creative, sales and account management teams
  • Create and deliver presentations for pitches, proposals and consulting
  • Provide strategic direction and consulting to clients and help them with solutions that achieve their business and marketing objectives
  • Coordinate with the delivery teams while creating proposals, participate in preparing solutions and chalking out a delivery plan.
  • ID all the necessary assets and deliverables for the campaign including display ads, search headlines, campaign assets (infographics, white papers, data sheets, case studies), landing pages, blogs, and sales enablement (battle cards, enablement tools, training)
  • Help account management and client servicing teams with pitching new solutions to the clients
  • At-least 5 years of experience in digital ecosystem
  • Very sound understanding of everything digital including Social, Media, SEO, Email, Automation, Analytics and Content
  • Ability to understand business requirements and propose digital solutions accordingly
  • Ability to conceive and communicate digital strategies
  • Experience managing campaigns within the small business sector or regional B2C companies
  • Forecast sales performance trends, Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals, Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
