Must haves: Recruitment Sales, Lead Generation, B2B Sales, Business Development, Permanent Staffing

This is a work from home opportunity

  • Ideal candidate must be from Recruitment / Staffing or IT consulting industry, with minimum 2+ years in Sales/Business Development experience in Staffing/Recruitment Sales
  • Acquisition of new direct clients for Staffio HR (IT/Non IT)
  • Define and implement strategies to Develop and sustain effective business relationships with new clients for Staffio HR
  • Must have experience in Client Management and a proven individual track record in Recruitment Sales
  • Any experience with Technical background with Management studies would be an added advantage
  • Must have Client facing capabilities, and be able to directly interact with Clients for gathering new requirements, follow up on Submittals, interviews and placements
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, Business leaders and HR personnel to get business from them
  • Building business development and sales strategy to meet company’s sales objective and revenue/profit goals
  • Develop best practices to source new clients based on previous feedback and ongoing research
  • Prepare and deliver all proposals to business heads and responsible for closing the deals
  • Perform market research to identify new opportunities and engage with team to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities
